APPOINTMENTS ARE BOOKED ON A MONTH TO MONTH BASIS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE. BOOK ONLY FOR THE MONTH SPECIFIED.

FOR EXAMPLE: IN APRIL, I OPEN THE BOOKS  FOR  MAY ONLY. IN MAY, I WILL OPEN FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH ONLY.

BOOKS OPEN EVERY THIRD SUNDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 11 AM.

AFTER HOUR AND SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ARE AVAILABLE BY REQUEST ONLY. DO NOT PAY A DEPOSIT UNTIL THE REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED. THESE APPOINTMENT CAN BE FOUND ON THE SITE AS WELL.

IN THE EVENT YOU SEE OPENING THAT ARE FARTHER OUT, DO NOT BOOK THEM. IF YOU BOOK FARTHER OUT THAN WHAT IS STATED AND PAY A DEPOSIT, YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.

PLEASE REVIEW THE BOOKING POLICY which is located at the bottom of every service once you click it.

IF YOU WANT A WASH, PLEASE  CHOOSE THE STYLE STYLE THAT INCLUDES A WASH. YOU CAN NO LONGER ADD A WASH TO SERVICES THAT DOES NOT ALREADY STATE THAT IT IS INCLUDED.

 

PLEASE ARRIVE WITH YOUR HAIR COMPLETELY DETANGLED REGARDLESS IF YOU ARE GETTING WASHED OR NOT.

 

In the event that the style you choose does not come with a wash or choose not to add a wash, you are required to come completely washed and detangled with no added oils or heavy products.

ALL BRAID STYLES ( EXCLUDING 2 FEED IN BRAIDS) YOU MUST COME WASHED, DETANGLED AND FREE OF ANY PRODUCTS INCLUDING LEAVE IN CONDITIONER & OILS.

WIGS: IF YOU WISH TO GET A WIG CONSTRUCTED FOR THE 1ST TIME, PLEASE BOOK A CONSULTATION FOUND IN THE CUSTOM WIG CATEGORY. 

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY GOT MEASURED AND WANT A WIG MADE OR WANT TO DROP OFF YOUR WIG TO BE WASHED, STYLED, REVAMPED, ETC., PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW TO SCHEDULE THAT SERVICE.

IF YOU WANT A WIG INSTALLED WHETHER ITS FROM ME OR NOT BOOK "LACE CLOSURE/FRONTAL WIG INSTALLATION". WIG MUST BE ALREADY MADE.

Be on time.

There is absolutely no tolerance for tardiness. After 15 minutes of tardiness, your appointment is cancelled. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early for your appointment.

Absolutely NO EXTRA GUEST!

I do not service kids under the age of 13.

​

There is a $50 NON-REFUNDABLE for INSTALLS & WIGS deposit and a $30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit for all other services due immediately for ALL CLIENTS upon booking EXCEPT if you book for a braid style that needs to be approved.If you book a style that requires an approval, your deposit is due once the appointment has been approved and you receive and email stating that. The deposit does go towards your service. If you fail to pay the deposit the service you booked will be canceled and you will receive a notification regarding your cancellation. Deposits cannot be used on rescheduled appointments.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION OF EACH STYLES SO YOU KNOW WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT (CLICK THE TITLE OR PICTURE).

Cancellations must be done @ least 24 hrs prior to your appointment. No shows will result in a $75 rebooking fee on top of the deposit for future bookings. Recurring cancellations will be treated as no shows and will require a rebooking fee as well.

​

When switching styles, you must notify me prior to your appointment. If you are switching to a style that is of lesser value than the original style that you booked, you will be required to pay 60% of the original price instead.

 

LAST MINUTE/SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. ALL LAST MINUTE APPOINTMENTS WILL INCLUDE AN ADDITIONAL $50-$100 FEE ON TOP OF THE SERVICE AMOUNT. TO INQUIRE FILL OUT FORM BELOW. THIS CAN ALSO BE DONE TO SECURE A DATE THAT'S FARTHER OUT (THIS EXCLUDES WEDDINGS. THERE IS NO ADDITIONAL FEE TO BOOK A WEDDING AHEAD OF TIME).

I AM CLOSED SUNDAYS & MONDAYS. All messages will be answered when I return to work or within 48 hours on business days.

Failing to comply with these instructions can result in cancelling your services. 

​

Unfortunately, you cannot book two services at the same via website.  If your service does require additional services (i.e cut, trim, hot oil treatment, etc) please state those in the "ADDITIONAL SERVICES" section on form when booking. These additions exclude a wash. 

​
