Always shampoo your bundles prior to installation for the best results. If you do choose to add conditioner, please do not be excessive in application and be sure to thoroughly rinse it out. If you don’t completely rinse out the product, the remaining residue can result in stiff/dull looking hair! Always let your hair air dry or hang dry. NEVER rinse hair with hot water; hot water leads to drying out. When processing your hair with color or bleach, a professional colorist or stylist should be consulted. Use a sulfate free shampoo to avoid drying out. Avoid products that are heavy in moisture i.e Shea Moisture, Tresseme, etc. Instead use products like Bed Head (highly recommended), OGX, Garnier Fructise, etc.
